Hobart Wells Lounge Chair
Very rare and difficult to find lounge chair. Designed by Hobart Wells for Lensol-Wells Company. Chair seat and back have Glenn of California fabric which was embedded in the plastic seat and back by Chemold Manufacturing. Chair sits on metal hairpin legs. Chair is discussed in National Furniture Review, March 1951 on page 49. Chair colors are very bright. Chair is in very good vintage condition-- no chips or tears in plastic.
