In celebration of the Hollin Hills Tour in DC on April 27-28, 2012, here is another Richmond home designed by Charles M. Goodman in the 1950s. This home, in the Highland Hills neighborhood of Old Bon Air, has retained most of the original features designed by Goodman. House is located within a wooded terrain, retains original covered carport, offers grouping of floor to ceiling windows, and a brick-built central fireplace. House also features aluminum clad siding and post & beam construction. This house has a welcoming stone patio which looks outward to a generous front lawn.
