Steel frame desk was designed with efficiency in mind. Nelson's notion of
aesthetic reductivism was to minimize use of materials, leaving only useful and needed elements. The white steel frame acts as a cage holding 3 sliding wood drawers and is offset with a black laminate top. Desk legs have adjustable glides. Except for some wear on original charcoal-black paint on drawer sides, desk is in very good vintage condition. Metal Herman Miller tag attached.
