When homes were selling faster than they could build them in the early 1950s, all developers needed to attract potential buyers were plywood boards with quickly painted basic information. This is one of those signs where the number of bedrooms and the price are the most important things to know and highly visible. This vintage California sign has weathered both the years and the elements and is in good vintage condition.
