Kyoto Studio Ceramic Tea Set

Japan, 1960s

Earthen ware tea cups and dishes are hand shaped. Cups have a matte glaze with individual swirling, random design. Plates have surface matte glaze with surprise swirling ochre and cafe color bases. Artist's chop branded on base of each cup. Set includes 6 plates five cups. Excellent vintage never used condition.
